What these terms cover

These terms apply to turoff.app and set out the common rules for our apps. Using an app is also governed by that app’s own end user licence agreement: Česky, Polski, Deutsch. If the two differ, the app’s agreement prevails for that app.

Using our apps

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on your own devices.
Do not copy or redistribute the course content, and do not decompile the apps except where the law expressly allows it.
AI answers are a study aid. They can be wrong and are not professional advice.

Subscriptions

Part of each course is free; a Premium subscription unlocks the rest. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and Google Play and renew automatically. To avoid the next charge, cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Access stays until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Liability

We work to keep the apps accurate and available but cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for our apps in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Law and disputes

Your statutory consumer rights follow the law of the country where you live, and disputes we cannot settle by writing to each other go to the courts of that country. Please write to us first: foodysupport@gmail.com.
